RAF Form 2715 - Combined Duty/Leave Pass and Railway Ticket - in this case a welcome release.   The left half is the ticket and the right half is kept by the travellor to be handed in back at his unit.   In this case as the journey was for discharge on Release Colin kept both halves.   (Thanks to Colin Pratt.)
