BAGGAGE

1.   Your bags will be placed in your bedrooms.


2.   Your bags should be packed and left in your
       bedrooms before leaving the Mess at 08.30
       hours on 12th May to see the Air Display.


3.   All bags will be collected and put aboard
       the aircraft by 09.30 hours.   Visitors will
       not see the baggage again until they land at
       Gatwick.


4.   The officer in charge of all baggage will
       be Flying Officer Harris, who may be
       contacted through the receptionist in the
       Mess.
