US Army Barracks and Offices for the 35th USA Air Defense Artillery Detachment - Jever 1969.   These buildings were added in 1962 but do not appear to exist today.   From Art's description they appear to have been in the South West corner of the airfield just inside the perimeter track.   Today that area is covered in Hardened Aircraft Shelters.   (Thanks to Art Wuolle.)
