The annual Schützenfest week in Jever always livened things up a bit.   The parade through the town, the fair and dance that was held in the Schützenhof on Saturday evening will be well remembered by some of us.   In this picture the parade is arriving at the fair ground next to the Schützenhof - about August 1959.   (Thanks to Maurice Parker.)
