Unusual, fore-shortened shot of the approach to Runway 28 (Today, 29 in our day).   The "square" aspect of the airfield fooled me in to thinking that it was not Jever.   In fact the aircraft dispersal in front of Hangars 3 and 4 can be seen halfway down the runway on the left and the large hard standing in front of Hangar 1 and Tech Wing can be seen in the distance on the right.   The edge of Schortens can be seen in the fore-ground.   This is another photo taken by Marcus Christ from the German Naval Air Arm PC-3 Orion on 2nd July 2007.   (Thanks to Marcus Christ.)
