98 Sqn Hunter F.4s and 93 Sqn Sabre F.4s in distance May 1955.   This is the same photograph as 98 Sqn 068. What is of interest is that the first two Hunters have Sabrina link collector fairings, under the fuselage just in front of the intakes. The rest may also have them but the angle covers them up. Compare this to the newspaper shot of the first F.4 which came into service in Germany with no Sabrina collectors.   The clean line can also be seen in an airborne shot of one of the first F.4s.   When firing the guns the ejected links between rounds were found to damage the underside of the aircraft and so the Sabrinas were introduced to collect the links.(Thanks Be Be Sharman)
