Timber Wood and his son Kenneth who was a co-pilot on Boeing 757/767 at the time.   Kenneth said "He flew with me for a month in the cockpit all over the country.   Something that never can be repeated and even then, it was very rare."   About 1992.   (Thanks to Shan Griffiths.)
