This 1937 Opel was passed down at £25 a time to various 4 Squadron owners.   It was the property of Ron Gray when pictured on one of the camp roads.   It had an interesting journey back from RAF Rostrup Hospital when Bob Smith and Ron Gray went down on the 'off chance'. The 'off chance' was not fruitful and, during the return, all the running lights failed with exception of the spotlight.   From the several visits to a local garage the owner accumulated many useful technical terms in German.   (Thanks to Ron Gray.)
