Railway in the airfield woods.   This was used to bring in fuel supplies and also to carry leased trains from Bundesbahn which were loaded with Squadron heavy equipment for detachments such as Sylt.   The railway ran round to the South side of the airfield so that loading could take place directly from the Squadron Hangers - about 1960.   (Thanks to Jim Ewing.)
