SUNDAY l0th MAY

As Saturday

SATURDAY am after breakfast

I am planning to arrange a visit to THE NATIONAL MEMORIAL ARBORETUM at ALREWAS.   It is 34 miles from the hotel using the M6 and M6 toll should take ¾ of an hour.   Currently about 12 people intend to go, 6 people travelling home north on M6 and half a dozen returning to the hotel afterwards either to stay there or pick up their vehicles from the hotel car park.   Wheel chairs are available (I will have to confirm this when I make the arrangement).   I have to inform Alrewas roughly how many wish to visit and do we need a guide.   When I know how many are going and intend to return to the hotel afterwards I can arrange transport and work out the overall cost.

Things you need to let me know so that I can make the arrangements,
1. Are you intending to go?
2. Will you be returning to the hotel or continuing your journey home from Alrewas?
3.Please let me know earliest possible?   I can't start to make arrangements for either of the above until I have the numbers.

If anyone has mislaid the booking form or requires any other information please let me know.   The hotel will accommodate dogs , I think it will cost a Fiver for the time we are there.
